About Us

Hi friends, I’m Izzy! I’ve always had a deep love for the creative industries (even before I realised it). Growing up, I was constantly creating: filming family holidays, scrapbooking memories, and scripting my toys to re-enact my favourite films. Looking back, it’s no surprise that content creation became second nature to me.

My passion for storytelling continued to grow through the performing arts where I found joy in expression, choreography, and bringing ideas to life on stage and on camera. It feels almost poetic that my path eventually led me into the world of marketing. Straight out of university, I landed my first marketing and events role with a prominent hospitality company. With no formal experience, I immersed myself in learning the ropes, hours of research, online courses, and an endless curiosity for the world of digital marketing. From there, I wore many hats, managing everything from content creation and branding to venue launches, event planning, website design, and influencer campaigns.

Fast forward to now, I've stepped away from corporate life to chase a dream that’s been years in the making. Behind The Media is the next chapter of my creative story: a space that allows me to blend strategy and storytelling across a multitude of industries. It’s a true reflection of my passion for creativity and my drive to help brands bring their vision to life.
